Where better to ask?? I got a Bunky, had it for awhile but just got it home to patch up & paint. Its a solid boat, ruff on the decks is all. I think its 20SS or C class & it weighs 118 dry w/ steering wheel & cables
I took some #s to post and see what I get to read back..
Length: 110" inside the airtraps with the sponsons protruding 13 1/2" more forward.
Sponsons: 52", aft of sponson to aft of bottom: 71 1/4.
Width: between sponsons: 35" The center line of the cockpit is 1/2" port of the C/L of the boat.
The bottom has a slight curve to change angle up towards the bow, its straight from aft to 62", slight curve to 0.89 degrees [average] up or 3" per 51". the front angle has a slight concave - 1/8" [intentional?] but at any rate a 2 angle bottom up turning 9" behind the sponsons.
The airtraps are the same either side, starting a 2 1/2 deep where the front deck meets the sponsons to 2" deep at sponsons aft on to 3/8" at the rear of boat, and are straight. The deck looks to have alot of lift built into it but has alot of pickle-fork extension as if to be sorta in between a transom rider and a sponson rider. Ive read some good info on BRF about these hydros so now that I have specs or if anyone asks further Qs I can get the info soon.
What Im looking for is info on set up, what to expect from the hull, how far back to position my weight [200] etc. Ill be running an OMC 22ci on a Merc AB-H or an OMC big block 25 on a Y102 foot or a stock 102 Thanks, Mike
