Well, not me, I have to work at the airport - heh. The occasion of the truck unloading is my Darling Daughter and SIL moving out of our house, with their three dogs, into their own place. Mom thinks that is a wonderful Mother's Day present

Boat racing moms

For those of you who Know our families situation, my mother passed away in january of 2000. So mothers day is tough. However I would like to take the time to salute all of my boatracing moms Beth Maurer, Jane simmons, Jill Glossner, Lisa Jennings and all of those other ladies who will drop anything even if you just need to talk. So today I salute the mothers of the pits!! Happy Mothers day!!

I would also like to take a moment to salute the step Mother in my life. Betsy Runne!! She swept my dad off his feet and steped in to give great hugs, advice, and to even lend a basement for a few months!!
