Have you ever been in a birthing room? Giving birth to a baby is INTENSE stuff man. You don't sleep, you get yelled at if you try to help too much or not enough, and no one is happier when the baby is out than the mom. Next week my friend is having her #2 and is once again requesting my presence.
Congrats to Ed and Anna!! I give her kuddos for the fact that she threw off the oxygen. Looks like she can give it! I wish you guys luck for the first month as well. Remember to try and take care of yourselves!!
Ryan, do you have to ruin the miracle of child birth with your drinking shananigans?
Ed brought a few cans of Coors light to the labor and delivery room! Both he and my mom were drinking. It is a tradition. We brought the bar to labor and delivery. They had to have fun since I was in labor for 20 hours and then had a C-section. I wanted to have one, maybe I would have felt better. Ed has been wonderful.
Thanks to all who have sent their congratulations. She is awesome and such a good baby. They have taken blood two different times and she did not even cry. Yesterday was rough but today is a lot better.
Loving mom,
Anna.
