He's not mad at it, he's just "getting the maximum out of it"......

how 'bout this one? Pre dating Zeppelin & Hendrix. I love this Otis Rush song. He’s even a lefty playing a right hander upside down.
(it would become a Zeppelin tune later).....

      Very nice

That opening note, holy crap what lungs. I remember listening to King Biscuit Flour Hour and they were talking about how some of the old blues guys were pissed because Zep never gave them the credit for the tunes they were lifting, unlike a lot of the Brit bands at the time. Early Zep is just blues with BIG freaking amps IMO. Tony

**** Tony I remember King Biscuit Flower hour, that was great !!!!!

many years ago KISW had a bring your albums in and play for a few hours on a sunday, one old boat racer did... most of it was Pink Floyd and a mix of good old s##t (well that's what they would call it now) sure wish I would have recorded it as it would be a good traveling tape or CD or whatever.

By the way ask Kyle Hannon for a copy of the CD he made Rick for the Nat's this summer it ROCKS.....

          Zep concert is tonight!!!!
I had to spend three hours in line yesterday getting my ticket along with 20,000 others. security is a huge thing for this gig (coded wrist band, ticket, etc.).

I anticipate this to be the concert of all time, and yes, we did get busted by the hotel for blairing Led Zeppelin I at 4am this morning..........

may the Zep be with you.....

I heard they opened with Good Times/Bad Times. Another one of their classic hits and for those of us 50'ish folks, the song that got me into Led Zeppelin back in the late 60's.

Hope you enjoyed the concert J. O.

I read a pretty good review of the concert. I've also heard this could lead to a tour!!! It would be great to get to see Zepelin in concert. A chance of a lifetime for those of us who are diehard fans, but never got the chance. We can only hope!

Jimi have a safe trip. By the way, the Explorer channel has been having a special on the 60's, does this bring back any memories? They say the moto in those days was, DRUGS, SEX AND ROCK AND ROLL. HOW THINGS HAVE HAD TO CHANGE! Well Jimi, as far as I'm concerned 45-60 years young is just becoming experienced.
