Here's photos from last weekend's 67th Annual Newberg Memorial Day Boat Races on the mighty Willamette River. With the river down about 7 feet from its normal level, the corner did not get as wild as it has been in years past...although the dog leg in the backstretch was more pronounced and required some additional finesse from the drivers.

Great photos! Although some of the spill shots are excellent, I was going to pick the photo named Newberg-2015-Sun-3130 (133/331 from Sunday) as my favorite until I saw Newberg-2015-Sun-3825 (166/331 from Sunday). Both of these scream AVATAR! T-SHIRT! POSTER!
