    When there's no races to shoot, it's a great time to go back through some of last year's stuff, and play!

    My newest toy is Google's Nik Photography Suite, a swell little toolbox to tinker with. Specifically, they have a great tool for HDR (High Dynamic Range) tone mapping, which can give some dramatic new range and detail to photos that you just don't see otherwise.

    Here's some samples of what happens when you add HDR tone mapping to photos. It's not something you want to do with every photo, all the time...but with the right pics, it can be pretty cool.

      GREAT pics! Thanks for posting them. Just look at the water coming off of the turn fins on the unlimiteds - WOW!
