I'm trying to match boats with drivers and saw some numbers I don't recognize. Which drivers are these boats?

Doug 70f was richie 62f was red Rodes and the 82 was Walter schlipf in a driver change

82F was Mark OBrien's boat Saturday driven by Herb Lanphear who filled in at last minute. We were in heat two running third when motor came loose and spun in turn 2. Could not restart for race 2. Sunday Walter filled in and did a very nice job. This was the first time boat had been on the water this year. Thanks to Walter and Herb for filling in at last moment. Mark OB
