class restructure

didn't you hope to eliminate a class?
we had a,b,20,25,c,d
and we will have
a,15,b,25,c,d or did i miss something?
im not complaining just want to know
if i have this right all of the old B's stuff will run in 15?
and only the new 20 in b or will it be all the 20's we have now plus the new motor?
