How about class engines presented in 2007?

Delete Rule 19.2.A (Pg. 25)

Reason: Many or most of the OMC 15 Engines are missing decals, therefore, are illegal by this rule and must be disqualified. Decals are no longer available and these racing engines are no longer supported by Bombardier. Delete this rule and the problem goes away. If Mercury wants their motors to meet this rule then specify this as a requirement for Mercury engines (they are making an effort to support us with the release of 15 hp engines for racing).
