From what I have been hearing hotels are either booked or close to it, check surrounding areas of Hinesville, Brunswick etc...

The park is open anytime for people arriving. I should be there early Wed to place trailers. If you arrive before I do just be open to moving if needed. If for some reason the ground is soft please do not drive into the park area, we will have a tractor available to us so we don't ruin the grass.

Also No boats are allowed on the lake at any time prior to Thursday per the park rules, you can break in motors.

Don't forget to get your pre-registrations in to Donna Roskowski. It will save you $5 on each entry and help immensely with the registration process.

You must include your APBA member #, your name, class, and boat # to be considered valid.

You must check in / register / sign the waivers upon arrival and before any on water activities.
**Drivers completing pre-entry will receive a $5 per entry discount.




Registration:
At the pavilion in the pits;
Thurs 9 am - 4 pm
Fri and Sat - 8 am - 9 am
Sun by appt only

1. No Boats allowed on water prior to Thursday
2. No testing without a Safety Inspection
3. You must be registered and signed in to be on the water.
4. Anyone not in compliance will receive a fine and yellow or red card.
5. No capsule boats or classes.
6. No vehicles in the pits after your trailer has been placed
7. No open fires allowed in the pits
8. See Howie Nichols prior to parking your RV or placing your tent
9. Winter Nationals will be run Friday and continued on Saturday as necessary.
10. J, AX, & PRO Classes will not race on Friday.
11. Class scheduling and / or class combinations will be at the discretion of the race committee.
12. You may race twice on the same day.
13. The schedule may advance into the next day if the race committee chooses to do so.
14. Dinner and Awards will be held in the pits Saturday Evening. Please provide a head count with your pre-entry.

30 amp hookup $30/night or 50 amp hookup $35/night.

Tents welcome as well, showers also available.

They are hosting a Rodeo I believe Thurs, Fri, & Sat. A restaurant is open during those nights

We have a dinner planned for Saturday Night. Cost is $15 for adults and $8 for Children

Smoked RIbs, Smoked Chicken (for non red meat eaters), baked beans, maybe potato salad, tea, and a dessert

Tickets will be available at Registration. You can also start a head count here so I can let them know.

Concessions will be on site beginning Thursday, both Breakfast and Lunch will be available. I believe Sausage Biscuits, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chips, and Drinks.
