First, you must give 48 hrs notice to call a meeting of the SORC (n.b.: Anderson Cowling Winternats Appeal); then you must actually notice-up the meeting, call it to order and then elect a chairman pro tem for that meeting BEFORE you may open the floor for any business such as the item listed above.
