Let's do heat 1 of all classes with tenths and then heat 2 without.
PSH is the exception - we need to be very accurate here - tenths on both heats!

Getting excited for nationals week! Can't wait to meet new folks and watch the races. If you haven't registered make sure you do so. Early registration helps everything run much more smoothly.
Here are the evening events of the week:
Sunday August 3: Move in day
      Monday August 4: Testing/ Stock-J Drivers meeting
Tuesday August 5: Movie in the park night (Madison) sponsored by Elliott Insurance
Wednesday August 6: Chico's Pizza night sponsored by Bayside Marina and Dave Cossette
Thursday August 7: Qualifiers banquet at Moses Lake Golf Club/Pillar Rock Grill
Friday August 8: Casino/Kids party night: Papa's Casino Restaurant with sponsored kids pizza party with games/bowling/etc
Saturday August 9: Finals Banquet at Big Bend Community College

Also remember that they are collecting items for a relief effort in Pateros Washington that is host to an inboard race and they are accepting the donations of needed items things like: Any clothing items especially; underwear, socks, bras, flip flops,
and other items such as radios w/ batteries, bottled water, and any non perishable food items, dish soap, laudary soap, flash lights, lanterns, AAA batteries, glow sticks, tools, baby soap, baby powder, baby lotion, baby formula, mouth wash, hand sanitizer, regular trash bags, ziplock baggies, dry ice, hand can openers, camping items of all kind. I encourage each and every person racing or attending to go through their own cupboards or go to the grocery store or variety store and bring $10 or more worth of supplies to help out this fire ravaged area. So many people have lost so much,. Think of it as a pay it forward kind of thing. This is your chance to really make a difference! Let's make a real showing of how great boat racers are this is truly our chance to shine!

Welcome to hydroracer, we hope you enjoy your visit.

Go ahead to do so. There is no item to click to designate between the nationals and worlds. If the kids are running both, register for JH twice per kid. We can get it handled at registration, which is which. Thanks.

I will be there with a 200ccmr and ASR. Sure wish everyone with a good running stock OMC A engine would also sign up for 200ccmr and or 200ccmh. It would be nice to start growing this class thru-out the nation. The true Mod engines are only slightly faster. A good start with a Stock engine on a Medium length course goes a long way. Mose Lake would be a great place to start!! P.S. Turn off the tenths! Jeff Scheffler 61-W

Jeff there should be at least four 200MR's from R10 at Mosses Lake. I'm still not totally convinced that that someone can discern tenths of a second on the start to an advantage. Maybe, it would help if they would run demonstrations of the clock with tenths of a second showing before the races got underway.

The gas tank that I obligated to donate has been shipped via Fed-ex.. It should be at Ron Magnuson's address this Thursday.
I will email Ron tonight and give him the tracking number.

If I can't find anybody to help me for a few minutes for whatever reason the thing will have to stay in my shop. I can have it shipped to the lucky winner or something. It is race ready, aside from adding foot lube.

Dave is it being given away at Nationals? How many tickets are you selling or was it a no limit raffle?

Tickets are $20 per, $100 for 5. 350 tickets will be sold total. SORC will raffle this off at nationals whether we sell out the tickets or not! Sweet deal! Tickets can be purchased at nationals. Not sure how many are left, but I'll get a solid amount.

Quick announcement: There will be LEGAL fuel in Moses Lake. Our sponsors, CASCADE MARINA, have ordered 1000 gallons of 89 octane non-ethanol fuel for the nationals. Of course this it is not mandated to use their fuel, only a place to get non-ethanol for the nationals. Cascade Marina is in the same cove as the Cascade Park and race course. Very easy 2 min drive. See everyone soon!

                      278 pre-entries! Great job everyone!
