Pat, I know it is kind of an early date, but I bet with a two month notice something could be put together at the Hazen pool, Fife pool, or the Diving Center in North Seattle, etc. during the national meeting week? Not trying to put you on the spot (probably am), but Sean may not be the only racer looking for capsule training at the time of the National Meeting who will be in the area?

Look at the "Flying High" thread. They will be doing training in IL. Just hoped I wouldn't have to travel a 1000 miles. Tried to do it at the Pro Nationals, but since everyone was current for that race they saw no need.

Last word I got from the Region 10 Rescue folks was that they were planning on doing their Capsule Training Sessions in the February/March time frame, since any time they scheduled a session in January it was poorly attended, and most of our racers seem to put this off until the last minute.

Perhaps having the National Meeting in our backyard might give them some incentive to do a session in January.

I will ask about it, but I probably wouldn't count on it happening....

I know this dosen't help the left cost people but Black Diamond Rescue will have one in late Feb. early Mar. in Kankakee Il. The date will be put on www.blackdiamondrescue.com when it is final. The site is still under construction.

New developments

Any thoughts/dates/news on possible training in Seattle? Waiting to book my flight. Anything would be useful.

Heard today that IF they do the training it would be Saturday morning, January 30. Thanks to Pat Gleason and J-Dub for there effort
