SSOA is happy to bring our second annual race to Standish ME. Racing begins at 11 am. Drivers meeting is at 10 and registration begins at 8 am. Cost is $20 for 1st class, $15 for second and 10 thereafter. Referee is Dave Jones. Camping is in pits. Please call Lela Rosado at 508-824-3567 for more information. Any classes that show will run.
This is a fantastic race site and a great fun bunch of people putting on this race. If you don't care about the divisionals, then this is the place you want to race. AOF is voting now on a one time membership fee for NEW to AOF racers for $50 for the whole year. With all of the AOF races in this part of the country it would be a good year to put your name in the AOF record books as the years high point leaders. (Beating out some of the drivers from Washington and Idaho for a change!!!).
We have been told that several drivers from Canada will be making the trip to Standish, so hope you can too. AOF races anything that shows and has a good step up chart in place so that everyone gets points in something. Too bad Millville was changed to conflict with this fantastic race.
