AOF Points at S.O.A Race

I just spoke with Dick Rautenburg about the Bridgeport Race having the AOF racers get AOF points . He say's that would be great but they must know it is a APBA race so all the rules are APBA.and the AOF racers have to have a 2007 membership card , that will be honored.
I ( Russ Bircher) will be here with new membership app. so come out and have a nice weekend of fun and good racing.

I think there may have been a slight communication error here, I know that the SOA board has decided not to do any co-hosting at Bridgeport. I know that everyone must be a SOA member and have an APBA card for 2007. I believe if the AOF club wants to tally their own points for the weekend, that was what my dad was trying to say.

that is not true, you can be a member of any APBA club to race at any APBA sanctioned race.........not required to be an SOA member..........AOF is an APBA club.......

As with ANY SOA race a racer must be a member of APBA and ANY APBA club (CORA, SOA, EBBC etc.).

Whatever, as long as you have your APBA CLUB CARD>>>>>>AND APBA MEMBERSHIP. I mainly was stating that we are not co-hosting and we are not keeping track of AOF points. Good Lord sorry for the confusion. Didn't realize it was an issue, but if you don't have your AOF membership card then you would have to be a member of SOA. There is that better for everyone. Is all well and happy.
