The 2006 app is posted under the AOF forums. Or go to the left top and look for AOF menu on this page.
You can use the 2006 until we get the 2007 updated with the new address of the office, which is:

The fees remain the same:
Racing: $75 paid at one time or $25 3 X's
J/novie: $35 or divided by $15 each
Drag: $50
Non Racing: $25
Club Membership: $60 a year with one sanction free
Sanction: $60
Insurance: $200 an event
