Need A Charity

In keeping with our non-profit incorporation status, each year AOF chooses at least one Key Charity to support.
Last year we had the Red Cross, Wishing Star Foundation (part of Make-A-Wish), and Katrina and Rita Victims. We have featured the Red Cross several times in fact. Also, in the past: Hemophyliac Foundation, Kidney foundation, DARE, Cub Scouts, Kiwanis, Children's Hospital and the list goes on. My favorite is when we keep a fund to help out any of our members' who might be injured or need some medical help during the year.
We need to chosoe a charity for 2006. Any and all suggestions can be made here or to the office.

Yep, I remember that. Seems no matter how prepared we are, we are never prepared enough. Those extra meals, motel rooms, and transportation all add up.
Sure glad that one turned out ok in the end.
