So who do I email about sanctioning a race?

I've contacted through the AOF website (seems out of date?) and PM'd Carl on here. Received no reply and it's been a couple weeks.

Would like to know if AOF can sanction a race in Ontario, Canada and the costs.

Was told years ago AOF would insure in Canada. Was told recently K&K USA will so long as the sanction body is USA based.
