just wondering if a tentative race schedule has bin made up yet for stateline club,spokane area????tryingto plane what races to attend if any,,,,

From what I remember from the last meeting and it is all tentative!!!!!

May 27,28 and 29 Elk River ID
June 17,18 and 19 Banks Lake WA
July 2 and 3 Ione WA
Aug 5,6 and 7 Newport WA or was it the 12,13 and 14th (Mad cow cant remember)
Aug 26,27 and 28 Trout Creek MT
Sept 10,11 Waitts Lake WA
Sept unknown?? Moses Lake WA????

I really hope the club doesn't let Moses Lake go again, that is the best race site on the east side of the state!

It is also the most expensive and the most windy site we have. There was some talk of making this a October race but we will see if the ambulance folks come down from $130 an hour.

If folks want input come to a meeting. Next one is January 15th at the wildhorse.

Trying hard to reduce cost of ambulance and also move so it doesn't conflict with Yelm records course. Boat race scheduling can be such a juggling act.

I agree with the expense, but the wind has not been bad in the years past. Recently yes, but thats mother nature for you. Rivers always seem to add additional problems into race scheduling, course set-up, course clean up, safety, etc

Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, just hope the club is able to save all the hard work that people have put in in the past to secure such a great site.

I will not be attending any meetings this year, as I don't think I'm going to be around at all this year. But I wish the best for the club and would like to see them do well.

Thats great Steve. We should have the schedule firmed up by January. I will let you know for sure when it is in concrete.
