Before people go dismissing this out of hand I suggest we here on HR.net patiently sit back and see what develops. As Steve Johnson stated on an earlier thread, this guy has been to the midwest (at least) buying kneel down equipment to be used in his area. He is trying to do something different, at least give him a chance to outline the entire plan.
