        New APBA rule

        ASR drivers will need to install roof flaps in their helmets to prevent further incidents of this nature. An alternative was discussed requiring minimum weight increase in ASR to 650 lb.

          I would prefer a solid booster rocket up high on the transom to push the nose down...
          it will not increase the speed ...
