  • Ocoee race course?

I've never raced this course and was wondering what turn shape, length, ect.... I can expect. My guess from looking at the Google earth shot it
will be a short course with huge turns ( oval course?)

Ocoee is generally set up just as you guessed.

Short straight and wide turns. 5-7 pin turns are common there and the straight may only be a football field long.

I have seen it set up as an almost perfect circle as well.

Do those boats of yours flat turn Chris?

Thanks for the info Brad. We are going to be doing a lot of testing in the next
few weeks on flat turning, and hopefully we'll get it figured out. The problem we've
had in the past is that the "v" bottom boat prefers turning right than left when trying
to flat turn (if we were using a right hand rotation prop it would turn left better)'.
