When did Jessup, Ga get awarded the 2006 Southeast Divisionals??? Where are the Divisionals for J Class(s) to be run?? Heard Camden was being considered for this event.

Paul - Traditionally, we have rotated the Southeast divisionals from region 4 to region 5 on alternating years.

I believe they were in Jesup last year and in Camden the year prior. By my count, region 4 has "the right of first refusal" for this year.

The CVRA has not had its fall meeting yet so our race schedule is not set. I'm sure our two clubs can work things out.

We are looking at a race site in Wilson NC, just off of I-95 that we think would be a good location for a divisionals. Dennis can elaborate since he has done all of the work so far. Dad, Dennis, and I were just talking a couple weeks ago about trying to do this. This would be a good location for people to travel from longer distances as it is just off of a main highway, unlike Jessup and Camden.

And don't forget guys, the divisionals will not get awarded until the National Mtg, so a Jessup date right now is nothing more than a tentative bid.
