We will be having the SE Divisionals in Jesup GA May 9-10. SE Divisionals will include Mod, Stock and J. Peace River Outboard Racing club is working hard to make this a great race and race plans are progressing very well. Reserve this date on your calendar and make plans to attend!

We will be there with (1) DMH,(2) CSH,(1) CMH,and (1) DMR. I am taking off the whole week after that so I can take this stuff to Tabor City. By the way I live about 40 miles north of Jesup in Richmond Hill so if anybody needs to store boats or trailers for the week I have a 4 acre pasture next to my shop that they are welcome to.

Tabor City moved to June

CVRA was asked to move the Tabor City date so as not to conflict with Jesup Southeast Divisionals. It was confirmed at yesterday's CVRA meeting, Tabor City has been moved to June 13-14, 2009.

That is too bad. Some of us were planning to go from Jesup to Tabor City and be tourists during the week between the races.

First race

1-CSH.

This will be my first race and am very excited to be more than just crew. Boat is coming along nicely with only a few hiccups. Have learned a few lessons on painting along the way. Driver to be determined, I will not drive this year to concentrate on having a quality boat and alot of watch and learn. Mark OB
