Hinton Updates:
-Please note that the pit area will be closed over night. All racers coming in over night should continue to utilize trailer drop off areas.
- The pits will re-open and trailer move in will begin at 7:30 am. ***Do not enter the pits until you are directed by a CVRA member (this person will be at the top/entrance to the pits)
-Registration at the McCreery Building will open at 9 am. There will be a shuttle service available from the pits to/from registration from 8 am to 4 pm

- Pit move in time is extended to 9 pm tonight. Racers coming into town past 9 pm should continue to utilize trailer drop off areas.

Please note the following:
1. Registration will be open at 8 am and will close at 12 pm. There will be no shuttle service to registration on Monday.
2. Thank you to everyone that brought items for Taste of the Regions, History Night and the Silent Auction. All items for these events can be dropped off at the McCreery Building (registration) between 8 am and 12 pm. ***items that need to be refrigerated can be dropped off as well, our event space has walk-in refrigerators & freezers
3. Dinner tickets for Qualifiers as well as the Finals banquet MUST be purchased at registration my 12 pm tomorrow.
4. Please be reminded that there is limited parking in the pit area. We are asking drivers and crew to please carpool. Absolutely no RVs are permitted in the pits. The overlook areas will be utilized for RV parking as well as vehicle overflow parking.
5. Testing will begin at 9 am. 1st set patrol boat drivers should report at 8:45
6. J drivers should see Adam Allen/Robin Shane for J Props during testing. Report to the judges stand with your APBA card
7. Drivers Meeting will be held tomorrow night at Rock Ride Bar & Grill. Cocktail hour will be from 6:30-7:30 pm, drivers meeting starts at 7:30 pm. Please bring your driver packets that were handed out at registration.
8. 300SSH drivers will need to bring props to drivers meeting.
