            Hi Bill,

If the files are not working for you it's most likely a browser or update issue with your machine. These things can be finicky sometimes.

All of the info that Abby posted is also located on the Nationals registration site https://cvra.regfox.com/2016-hinton-nationals

If that doesn't work email abby and she'll send them over to you.

I am looking forward to coming to Hinton....but why cut off pre registration 2 weeks before the race? Don't you folks want as many entries as possible? I understand there is onsite registration....but...I don't get this...

Yes, that is correct. We did want as many entries as possible via preregistration. That's why we have had the site up and running and being pushed on social media since April. Preregistering makes the registration process more efficient for the drivers and the scorers. It also helps us determine head counts for dinner, and gives the race committee an idea of the number of elimination heats needed.

The reason it is closed down 2 weeks prior to the event is because the scorers (who are completing many other tasks and also getting ready for the Nationals) have to process all of the information on the website so that entry blanks can be printed and driver bags for those that preregister can be put together, etc. This process can be very time consuming.

Thank you Nicki,Joyce and Aimie for all your hard work on the pre-registration process. And thank you to all the drivers that followed through with the process. It is unfortunate that some did not take advantage. With that being said, times and dates for on site registration are listed in my previous post.
