Carolina-Virginia Racing Association has the pleasure to announce the 2015 Travis Pond Memorial Regatta on Bluestone Lake in Hinton, WV for May 29-31. Please see the important notes below regarding this years race and let us know if you can come and what you plan to race. Each year we increase our racers attendance (67 drivers last year) and it looks like another race of good full competition. This year will also host the PRO Eastern Divisionals and the first race in the CSR Mike Cook East Coast Challenge.
1. Pre-registration is available and greatly encouraged by going to our new pre-pay registration site (see link below). You DO NOT have to pay right away, there are several options regarding payment of entry fees and they are listed on the site. But in registering on the site your entry forms will already be in place during registration at the race site. The site is very easy to use, and you can make all your purchases of entry fees, testing fees, dinner tickets and T-shirts right there on the site. Please go to this link to pre-register:

2. Testing will be available Friday afternoon (weather permitting).
3. The winner of the coveted Travis Pond Memorial Trophy will again be awarded to the winner of the largest class (in numbers of participants) for Saturday's race (following: Jesse Ruehling, Max Acierno and Grant Hearn).
4. There will be an awards dinner Saturday night at the Willowood Country Club, tickets are $12.00 and will be available online with registration.
5. NO ALCOHOL IN THE PITS. Law enforcement has notified us that this year there will be tickets written for infractions.
6. There is no ethanol-free gasoline in the area. It is advised to visit www.pure-gas.org to find available pure gasoline locations.
