Unsanctioned testing will be available Friday afternoon. Aimie Pond will also have registration open at the pavilion.

Thanks to everyone that filled out entry blanks this past weekend. This will be very helpful for the scorers during the registration process. Anyone that still needs to do this can send entries to Aimie up until May 11.

I had to miss the mod winter nationals with my son's confirmation at church and now my wife has planned a surprise party the same weekend for his 13th birthday.

It looks like I'll be testing a lot and not racing too much the early part of this racing season.

Ethanol-Free Gasoline Near Tabor City

All,
Mr. Steve Dunn turned me on to a gasoline station that sells 100% gasoline in Conway, S.C. It is about 19 miles south-southeast of Tabor City. It is 93 octane and it was $4.119 a gallon. I bought some Saturday night and had it tested Sunday morning; it passed the meter test easily. It took me about 35-40 minutes each way to get to the gas station. They have debit/credit card pumps so you can buy the ethanol-free gas after store hours as I did. DO NOT buy the stuff down the street from the race site. At least one driver was DQ'd for using fuel supplied to him from that place even though it was presented as ethanol-free.
