Wilson, NC Race - Need List of Officials ASAP

Sanction for Wilson, NC race to be held Aug 22-23, 2009 is due Wed, July 8. I need a list of the officials ASAP. I will have to submit the sanction online from a public library while on a mini vacation at the beach. Ian Augustine and Janet Stoy will no longer be listed on any CVRA sanctions.

We need:

Referee - Jerry Glass
Asst. Ref. - Ian Augustine (this one took a lot of begging...)
Inspector - Dave Augustine, Sr.
Race Director - Jerry Davids
Risk Manager - Mark Ritchie
Chief Scorer - Aimie Pond

Referee and Asst. Ref. must have passed 2009 tests for sanction to be approved. All race committee members must be current APBA members. Sanction will not be approved unless all spots listed above are filled. Please get back to me ASAP with a list.
