May 16th & 17th Vintage, Outboard and Inboard Testing sanction is and has been approved. The Carolina Cup Regatta Inc. is EXTENDING PRE-REGISTRATION UNTIL APRIL 3OTH.

Inboard fee is $75.00 Outboard is $30.00 up until 4/30/09 ($100 & $35 respectively after), fee will include 1 ticket to the Dining in with Blackbeard and Crew on Friday May 15th from 5pm to 8pm. Extra tickets available for $10.00 per person.

We are attempting to provide a quality weekend and a full 2 days of testing. Please respond with number of boats and drivers planning on attending. If you are unable to pre-register but are possibly planning on attending please let us know also. WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!!

Format/Rules Format/Rules - Approx. 1.25 miles course. TYPE OF START: Flag. VINTAGE will do EXHIBITION FLY-BYS both Saturday and Sunday. TESTING is open to Inboard and Outboard.

Prizes Vintage will receive participation awards.

Registration Waterfront Park on Friday, May 15 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Saturday, May 16 from 9:30am to 11:00am. Sunday before Drivers' Meeting.

Drivers Meeting MANDATORY Drivers' Meeting at 11:30am Saturday. You will not run if you are not present for roll call at the Drivers' Meeting. Driver's Meeting for Sunday will be announced at Saturday's meeting.

Two complimentary tickets per boat for Vintage and Inboards who pay their registration fees before April 24, 2009. One complimentary ticket per boat to Outboards who pay their registration fees before April 24, 2009. Each additional ticket: $10.00. Saturday - you are invited to attend the North Carolina Potato Festival on Main and Water Street in Downtown Elizabeth City. On Saturday night you are invited to attend a Street Dance on Main Street hosted by the North Carolina Potato Festival. All prizes are the reponsibility of the conduction club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised this event may be canceled prior to the race due to cir***stances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
