CVRA Work Party - Saturday March 29, 2008
Place: Janet Stoy's House, 7715 Bristow Drive, Annandale, VA 22003
    Time: 11:00 a.m.

Bring your tools, wives, friends. And kids - bring your leftover candy in your Easter baskets. I will feed you guys and the beer/wine will be dispensed in increments as projects get completed.

We will be checking that all equipment works properly and servicing the rescue boat motors and trailers.

Anyone who has equipment that we need for the Tabor City race, please bring it to my house - Dave Augustine, Lou Lommasson - do you have inspection equipment we need?

Video camera needs a brighter LED and mechanism to attach it to the camera

Dave Augustine - you've promised to build a cart to house/carry all electronic equipment for years, you said all the pieces are cut out and just need to be welded together, Matt Danforth get your booty over to Dave's and do some weldin', let's get this thing built!

Come one, come all, to the last CVRA Work Party to be held at my house. I am retiring as Chief Scorer, Secretary/Treasurer, equipment manager after this season. I've worked for over 20 years and I need to take a break. The equipment trailer will need to find a new loving home this Fall. If anybody is willing to take it, please let me know.

    Oh dear . . .

Janet is retiring! We need to throw a party! And I reckon the CVRA will need to hunt down a few souls to replace Janet. Yes, a few, Janet's been doing triple duty for the club.

Anyhoo, I'll miss the work party. While y`all are having fun I'll be trying to keep the friendly skies safe and playing with a real cool crash truck.
