Was asked by the Dam Man! USArmy Corps of Engineers, if we have run on Pa. waters that had 10hp limit the fish and game commission removed for the racing days? This is for the Dam Race in White Haven Pa. 2008.

I'm gonna have to get back to you on that. I believe Lawrenceville was USArmy COE on we raced there for years. Let me do some research.
