Matt, perhaps in the future the club could 'block' a bunch of rooms at the Best Western at a 'racer rate' to avoid this problem in the future.

Yes, I was unaware of the Baseball Tournament this weekend when I had asked them to do so. They said do to the fact that it was off season for our other races they were not not able to do it so easily during the summer especially this weekend. Not sure about next year Summer Millville anyway(one shot deal). The Hotels/Motels are well aware of us in the Spring and Fall Races.
