DVORA & The Lock Haven area Jaycees are looking forward to another regatta of epic proportions in 2017.
Shawn, I heard something about a driving school? Yes! DVORA will be hosting prospective new drivers on Friday from roughly 10a-1pm. New folks who would like to get into a boat should email Dave Breisacher (dbreisacher@mac.com) to secure your spot.
Shawn, is there testing?? Why yes, there is. Testing will be on Friday from 1pm to 5pm. Driver's must register and pay to test.
Shawn, will there be pot luck dinner on Saturday night? Yes! After the conclusion of racing on Saturday evening, we will be holding a pot luck dinner in the pits. All are welcome to join, just bring something to the party. There will be a signup in the pits but feel free to post here what you will be bringing.
Shawn, will they run the Dash for the Cash in CSH on Sunday? Yes!! Does anyone have anything for returning champ Billy Allen this year? The Dash will run right around 12pm on Sunday (Will try to live stream in some fashion).
Shawn, what is this cooler-bobbing I hear about?? The ACBA will be hosting another year of cooler-bobbing antics Sunday evening with the winner taking home the pot of cash for sticking their head in a cooler full of ice & water. Oh yeah, and fireworks immediately following!
