ATTN all region 3 members - due to the after effects of Hurricane Sandy the region meeting this weekend has been rescheduled to November 18th. same place same time. same great events just a different day. sorry for the late notice.

DVORA Meeting Roll call

Was not planning on having DVORA meeting after Region 3 meeting. Willing to change that idea if it will be well attended. If we have one, it will be at the Glossner house, which is very near the Region 3 meeting site.
Lets get a roll call started of who would attend a DVORA on 11/18 after the Region 3 meeting!!!

Does Region 3 have a tentative schedule for 2013? I need to put in for some vacation time and the sooner the better. Also, do we know whern and if Sharptown will be run?

Sharptown is run by CVRA, they have their meeting scheduled for Dec 8th. Stay tuned for dates after that!


I would also like to hear Region 3 dates, CVRA doesn't want to go on top of any dates if possible.

I just heard Lock Haven moved to 1st weekend of June and will be the NE Divisionals, any truth to that??? That was the weekend of Hinton last year.

Haven't heard anything on the spring Millville yet, or a date for a DVORA meeting.
Everyone is going to be involved with the National Meeting in Dallas for a few weeks.
