  • Milton, NH Results

Two gorgeous days of weather with sunshine, no humidity and less than 5 mph winds. The Town of Milton, New Hampshire, located just below the Mt Washington Valley Region, welcomed racers with open arms for the 2nd Annual Milton summer Kick Off Regatta.

Running the usual South Shore Outboard ten class program, we fit our racing into a 3 1/2 hour window and it was all high fives with the Town Officials. As we were leaving the pits, representatives of the Board of Selectmen and the State of NH Marine Patrol both said, "We will see you again next year!"

About next year, three interconnected ponds, maybe a 30+ mile Marathon? Stay tuned ..............

Congrats on the well (as always) run event. You know we'll put together a large trailer of crazies if you can make that marathon happen.

          signs and shine

Along with great racing, there was a lot of stuff to check out in Milton.
Even the trash can was standing tall for the town's Summer Kickoff.

Surrounded by "M"s, and all others, it would be an honor to rope over the true blue driver of this region ride.

Rumors of a 3 pond marathon have got me eyeballing my Reese D Utility with a Tohatsu hanging on it. Milton is a great place to visit. The local bar across the street is a hidden treasure for food. And they have two pool tables and some patrons that will clean-yer-clock knocking them balls around. But, the Mad Russian, schooled by scab-roofer uncle Lawrence Schorb, put the 8 ball right in the hole $$$$. Great weekend!!!

                Let's lock onto that marathon!!

Using eclipse-glasses saved on the cornea burn.
No price on it & don't know if for sale.
It was in front of a team-trailer known for polished engines.

Unrelated to that....there was also a very shiny sidefin at Milton!
