Hi Pete. For a J class driver to crossover to run KPRO, the APBA fee is $50. To be eligible for tow money, you must be a USTS member. For the KPRO, the USTS fee is $25 but all USTS drivers are eligible for tow money.. I don't know what the tow money is for Hartford so I cannot tell you if it would be beneficial for them to join USTS.
