I had to get out my card to make sure, but my Stock/MOD number is 4-T. My PRO number is T-6, or "6-T" on the card because the way they print the membership cards doesn't allow them to put the letter first for some reason (this was explained to me a long time ago and I guess it didn't seem important to me to remember the reason!).
I used to use 47 but shortened it to 4 so it would fit on the newer generation (smaller) ASH boats.
