we have one dad that lets his daughter who is about 7 hold his c with him in it while boats are launching and coming in. her arms are clear over her head. think about where that puts the prop. and he lets her do this in shorts and flip flops. if he takes even a small bump from anouther boat. she may very well be going for stitches at the very least.
