I got the Hedlund almost complete. purchased the steering setup from brown industries. I got the motor shimmed up so the cav plate is level with the bottom. throttle is all hooked up. fuel tank is mounted. i got a speedo in it along with a sirometer that came with the boat to tell what RPM your spining. The stock prop on a 15 hp OMC is 9 1/2 X 10. I can get a new 9 X 11 aluminum prop for $80.00 or can a get the stock prop repaired and double cupped? I really dont want to sink $180.00 for a stainless prop when the whole boats probally worth $500.00 the prop is an exhaust through with a plastic cap on the center. any ideas what is going to run well on this? where is a good web site for props?
