Hi Kristi, I saw your posting and tried to find the obituary that someone emailed me. I couldn't so must be on my home computer. I wasn't sure how to officially spell his name to search online for it. The obituary made no mention of boat racing that I can recall. I'm not sure how big a part of his life it was. Brian lives no far from Ottawa and knows most anyone in the circuit past and present, so I would be surprised if he is wrong. I didn't see where it said the July 17th? If July 17th... the funeral would be long overwith I'd assume? Maybe Aug 7th? Just wild guessing...

If I find the obituary I will send it asap, what is your email? I'm thinking it may have come from Bob Abbott for some reason... bob.abbott@sympatico.ca
