A Region 12 newbie is born! Congrats to the Dawe/Smith family

Congrats to Mandy Dawe Smith and Jeff on the birth of their healthy baby Kara Smith today. From what I hear, Mandy had the "Ol'natural" birth method for this baby and was cursing the whole time!
