60J Or KG 4 Prop Needed

I got this crazy idea in my head and I need a 60 J prop with the smallest hub possible or a KG 4 Record with a small hub...need small hub and only 4 inches of diameter, If you have a props somewhat like this let me know, I can cut the diameter...(It is for a RC boat project, FYI)...
