Includes new queen mattress (still in plastic) in master bedroom, Small TV in master, full-size flat screen TV in living area, AM/FM/CD/DVD player, indoor/outdoor speakers, push-button awning, outside shower, two 30# propane bottles with gauges, separate galley holding tank, porcelain toilet, lots of kitchen storage as also in hallway, bathroom and bedroom, couch turns into double bed, dinette area turns into double bed and has storage underneath both sides, queen bed in master lifts for more storage, two swivel chairs in living area, 12-Volt DC plug near sink for recharging cell phones or running inverter to use Crock Pot while underway, Gas/electric automatic fridge with freezer, cold AC and hot furnace (wall thermostat controls both), one slide includes dinette and couch area, lighted electric tongue jack, four manual scissor stabilizing jacks, cable-connectors, excellent tires, mini-blinds and privacy shades throughout, extra-size fold-out entry and egress handrail, lots of convenience lighting, and all the manuals and dealership paperwork.
