J runabout needed

Region 10 guys. As some of you know I have a young fellow helping me with my boats this year. He has expressed a desire to learn to race. He or his family do not have any funds. So what I would like to know if there is any one in region 10 who has and old starter boat they would like to part with. I,m looking for some thing that you are ready to cut up or burn. I and his father will guide him in the restoration however he will be doing the work He plans on doing yard work this year to get some money for hardware. We will be at Cullaby next week or I will travel to retrieve the boat. Thank you in advance for your help.
