Hello Racers;
The YOMATO LITE "Hatchet" units, and YOMATO Big Gear "Hatchet" units can run very high on the transom, and the new engines for 2012 will put out more HP, and turn more rpm. That means a bigger prop, or different gear ratio.

YOMATO "Big Gear": 11:15 (0.73), 12:15 (0.80), 12:14 (0.86), 14:15 (0.93), 14:14 (1.0), 15:14 (1.07)*
Gear Ratio matters "Big Time". Sean went 126 mph, on 14:14 Komato, to set 1100cc World Speed Record. All we did is bolt on 15:14, same prop, and he set 700cc World Speed Record at 130mph* (one pass 135mph+).
