J Runabout Wanted

We're trying to revive J runabouts in Region 4. I've got a lead on a J runabout for my son....he is semi-competitive. Now I'm looking for a cheap, safe, and stable boat for my daughter. It doesn't have to be fast because she's not competitive, but she has agreed to run a boat to make a full field for the other kids. I have a motor (OMC) but I'd like the runabout to be rigged and CHEAP. I'll come to you and haul it out of the barn. My daughter has never raced but if she likes it I'll get her a better boat later in the season. Too many races have the runabouts sitting in trailers due to not having enough boats. Cut suit and life jacket too if you're selling. She's 13 years old, five foot four I'd guess and right around 100lbs.
