  • any one interested in some quincy loopers

    hi all,

i know the quincy looper is no longer competitive, but was wondering if anyone would be interested in owning one? i am selling 2 from my collection to make room for some more restorations and a few other things. these engines are a piece of racing history back in the day. here is what i have for sale:

fa10: the 10th a looper to be assembled. the engine is complete and runs. has a stick tower and the a/b quickie lower unit. the lower unit has been shaped for the alkie class. asking $2700

fb166: a b looper owned by karl williams of canada. mr williams won a lot of races with this engine. the engine has been completely restored and all new bearings inside the block. i've never started the engine but i do not see why it wouldn't start. has the quickie tower and lower unit. asking $3000

fc64: this was jim nichols engine from kansas city, mo. this engine has not been restored, however it turn freely and would only need new bearings and a good cleaning. has a stick tower and an old style konig lower unit. has the later wide sweep elbows. asking $3200

if interested pm me or reply here.

    frank
