Notes From 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM ($2.00 per child) - we will have face painting, a jumpy/bouncy thing (can't think of quite the right name), but it can be used for big and little kids. We'll have a crafts available, and a special snack they can make. Saturday evening - beginning at about 7:00 - we'll do a scavenger hunt ... kids will get a list, and staff will take them on the trail. The movie that evening will be a mystery. We'll have clues available, and if they guess the movie, we'll have a prize for them. Any questions, call (814) 758-4308.

      Regards,
Just call me Katie Curic cause I just read the news, don't write it.
I think because they added a few mod classes because of divisionals, they took some of the classes that historically had lower participation off. However, Spring Franklin will go back to the usuall mix.

I'm not the Race Director. Not my rodeo.

Contact Jeff Williams or Tom Rice, they set the race up as far as classes.

As mentioned before, will pass along your concerns to those that can make these decisions. Not sure if anything can be done since the race is 4 days away but that is someone elses call. Wish these issues could have been raised 3 weeks ago when the sanction came out.

Hopefully, should have an answer for you by Thursday, since most of those in charge are taking Friday off to set up.

                            Franklin Schedule

The Franklin Class Schedule was developed when we hosted the Mod Divisionals a few years ago at Ford City. Due to the fact that this race date is late in the season, and we can have fog in the morning, limiting the total number of classes run is imperative to get the schedule completed. The non-Mod classes are selected (1) we run ALL 4 j classes and (2) the remaining popular classes. If all classes scheduled compete we have 46 heats of racing each day. We need luck to accomplish this. We welcome you to bring your 44 cu. in. motors and run in D Mod.

If we were not hosting the Modified Divisionals, we would schedule all stock, all mod, however, we are hosting the Divisionals and our primary goal is to complete the Divisionals.

                            Hope to see you there,

                            Jeff

Yea,Dana I thought "AX" classes were under the "J" category (I payed a "J" cross over fee),however, last spring when Dylan Justice flipped hard,at Franklin, on the front straight away and I yelled, "where is the red flag", people told me AXSH was NOT considered a "J" class.
Thank You for keeping it clear!
