Hey All,
As an update to all waiting for "D" gears. The machine shop is finishing up 5 sample sets and I should have those in time for FL. I will hopefully have a final costing soon. I am planning on running a set in test motor for 24 hours under different load conditions and then a professor friend of mine is going to perform a metalurgy test on the gears at Carleton University to indicate wear and/or fractures etc.... The run of the approved 50 sets will be ready within three to four weeks of my go ahead.
